Word just broke that the 8th Circuit Court has ruled that the lockout is legal thus siding with the owners and giving them the advantage.

However, several sources with knowledge of the situation feel that this will not impact current negotiations as all parties had already concluded that the court would rule this way.

It is very curious timing though as a new CBA is generally expected to happen within the next week (by many observers).
