Heading Out on Christmas to Watch the Eagles vs. Raiders? | Eagles Addict

On Christmas Day, Eagles fans will be hoping for one last present to arrive shortly before midnight: Home field advantage throughout the playoffs.  And if that’s the case, it could be the last of the meaningful play we will see from the starters for the following three weeks.

As I’m sure you know, one more Eagles victory or a Vikings loss will do the trick.  However, I wouldn’t count on the Vikings to lose to the Hundley-led Packers on Saturday night so the Eagles will just have to take care of business themselves.

So, this sets up as a pretty exciting Christmas game.  If you plan on heading out with your buddies for the game and partaking in some good egg nog, you may want to think about transportation arrangements.  In that case, you can use the Best Party Bus in Philly to ensure you don’t act like a Scrooge and drive under the influence (see below for contact details as well).

The last time Foles played the Raiders, as you might remember, he ended up having his jersey and game ball sent to the Hall of Fame after passing for 406 yards and a record-tying seven TD passes.

This isn’t the same Raiders team, but their defense isn’t vastly improved either.  Foles may not be sending his jersey to Canton after this game, but he should be able to deliver a game that is good enough to secure the prize.

For Eagles fans, the Grinch might haven stolen Wentz-mas, but Saint Nick should ensure our Christmas is merry!
